Limited* Lifetime Warranty
Regenesis International (RI) warrants the following products against failure under normal service within the applicable periods specified below in accordance with the terms of this Limited* Lifetime Warranty. Under the Warranty, RI will fix or replace the part or unit that is warranted. If the unit fails, and a replacement part is no longer available, a credit will be allowed for the cost of the unit toward the purchase price of a similar unit or any other Regenesis International product.
*Note: RI Limited Lifetime Warrantees apply to Water Filtration Products that
were purchased from RI. For customers that have purchased $100 or more of
Water Filtration Products and/or accessories from RI, however-- RI will ALSO
honor warrantees on RI-model Water Filtration Products that were purchased
from another company, until April 2005. Call RI's Customer Service Department
at (877) 500-4059 for details.
PROOF OF PURCHASE DATE
All warranties begin on the date of purchase. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase is required before warranty service can be performed.
RETURN OF PURCHASE
Any item to be replaced must be made available in exchange for the replacement. All faulty products should be carefully packaged and shipped at the owners expense to: Regenesis International, 1280 Suthern Way, Sparks, Nevada 89431. In addition, each shipment must contain an explanation of the problem that exists. For valid written claims, once an evaluation is made, the product will be either repaired or replaced and sent to the customer at RI's expense.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The following warranties apply to all units purchased from RI: no water unit will be warranted due to a) defects or malfunction resulting from failure to properly install, operate or maintain the unit in accordance with the printed instructions provided; b) damage from abuse, accident, fire, flood and the like; c) to parts used in connection with normal maintenance such as cleaning or replacing filters; d) to units that are not installed in accordance with applicable local codes, ordinances and good trade practices; or e) to defects or damage caused by the use of any attachment, accessory or component not authorized by RI.
PLEASE NOTE: RI HAS A 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ON WATER FILTRATION PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FLUSHED WITH WATER. CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THAT RI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BY CHOOSING TO FOREGOE THAT GUARRANTEE. RI WARRANTEE OBLIGATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE UNIT OR PART.
